PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid stick-like cosmetic which is excellent in mechanical strength such as breakdown strength, uniformity and adhesiveness of a coated film, application properties and temporal stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid stick-like cosmetic which comprises at least 15 to 35 mass% of a wax component containing stearyl modified acrylate silicon 25 to 40 mass% of an extender which has an oil absorption of 5 to 100 ml/100 g and contains silica spherical particles having an average particle diameter of 2 to 20 nm and a pigment a gelling agent and 1 to 40 mass% of a volatile component containing silicon atoms. In the solid stick-like cosmetic, 1 to 10 mass% of the stearyl modified acrylate silicon and 0.5 to 10 mass% of the silica spherical particles are contained based on the total amount of the solid stick-like cosmetic, the gelling agent is tri(behenic acid/isostearic acid/eicosanoic diacid)glyceryl and the content of gelling agent is 0.5 to 15 mass%.
