An oral or nasal endotracheal intubation tube includes a tube part and a block unit. The tube part extends along a direction with a tube shape. The block unit includes a first block portion having a first radius and a second block portion having a second radius shorter than the first radius. The block unit guides the tube part into trachea when the tube part is inserted into an oral or nasal cavity.Un tube dintubation endotrachéale nasale et buccale comprend une partie tube et une unité bloc.
