An orally disintegrating tablet containing a physiologically active component that exhibits a physiological activity in a trace amount, said orally disintegrating tablet being characterized in that: a) the disintegration time thereof in the oral cavity is not longer than 30 seconds； b) in an elution test in accordance with the elution test method specified in the General Test Methods in the 16th Edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (test solution: 900 ml of water at 37oC), 80 mass% or more of the physiologically active component is eluted within 15 minutes； and c) in an elution test in accordance with the elution test method specified in the General Test Methods in the 16th Edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (test solution: 900 ml of water at 37°C), the elution ratio of the physiologically active component into the test solution is 5 mass% or less at the time required for the disintegration in the oral cavity. In the orally disintegrating tablet, the segregation of the content of a physiologically active component (a drug), which is a small-dose (trace content) drug and cannot be easily taken, is controlled and the easiness in taking is improved.
