The present invention relates to an aqueous formulation comprising a GM-CSF neutralizing compound at a concentration of at least about 20 mg / ml, an osmotic pressure adjusting agent, and a buffer, the composition being stable. The components of the formulation preferably provide stability to the GM-CSF neutralizing compound in view of long term storage. In a preferred aspect, the formulation is used for treatment, preferably for the treatment of inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, preferably including allergic and psoriatic disorders and arthritic and asthmatic disorders.
