The present invention relates to a lymph node imaging agent including mannosylated liposome with an encapsulated fluorescent dye, a lymph node imaging kit including the same, and a lymph node imaging method. The mannosylated liposome with an encapsulated fluorescent dye according to the present invention has improved safety and UV absorption spectrum properties compared with that of a liposome simply including an encapsulated fluorescent dye. When the mannosylated liposome with an encapsulated fluorescent dye is used, a selective engorgement properties for mannose acceptor located on multiple macrophagocyte existing on lymph nodes, a high intensity image is obtained by improving labeling rate, and drainage lymph nodes can be labeled. Moreover, the mannosylated liposome including an encapsulated fluorescent dye is presented in a short time on sentinel lymph nodes, does not remain for unnecessarily long time to be clinically applied easily, thereby being usefully applicable as a lymph node imaging agent.본 발명은 형광색소를 봉입한 만노오스화된 리포좀을 포함하는 림프절 영상제제, 이를 포함하는 림프절 영상용 키트 및 림프절 영상화 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 형광색소를 봉입한 만노오스화된 리포좀은 단순히 형광색소만을 봉입한 리포좀에 비하여 안정성과 UV 흡수스펙트럼 특성이 증가되고, 이를 이용할 경우 림프절에 다수 존재하는 대식세포에 위치한 만노오스 수용체에 대한 선택적 탐식성을 증가시키고 감시림프절에 대한 표지율을 향상시켜 높은 강도의 영상을 얻을 수 있으며, 배액림프절도 표지할 수 있다. 또한 상기 형광색소를 봉입한 만노오스화된 리포좀은 감시림프절에서 빠른 시간에 나타나고 필요 이상의 오랜 시간 동안 남아있지 않아 임상적용이 수월하여 림프절 영상제제로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
