To provide a transdermal patch excellent in the transdermal absorption and preservation stability of a free basic medicine.
SOLUTION: The transdermal patch includes a prescribed amount of a fatty acid having an 8-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon group in the inside of an oily layer, thereby improves the solubility and diffusion of the free basic medicine and raises the transdermal absorption without spoiling the preservation stability of the free basic medicine in the oily layer, and includes the free basic medicine in a sufficient amount which is diffused in the oily layer and thereby the continuous transdermal administration of the free basic medicine is possible.
