(Problems) Provided is a therapeutic drug which stimulates blood mobilization and aggregation into damaged tissues accompanied by stimulation of PDGFRα-positive cells such as bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and induces tissue regeneration in vivo. (Solution) A plurality of peptides were synthesized and attempted to evaluate the migration activity of each peptide. As a result, identification of a plurality of peptides showing migration activity against PDGFRα-positive bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC-1) was successfully accomplished. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that the identified peptides also have migration activity against PDGFRα-positive cells of dermal fibroblasts.(과제) 골수 중간엽 줄기세포 등의 PDGFRα양성 세포의 자극에 동반하여 혈중 동원, 손상 조직으로의 집적을 촉진하고 체내(in vivo)에서의 조직재생을 유도하는 치료약의 제공을 과제로 한다.(해결수단) 복수의 펩티드를 합성하고 각 펩티드의 이동 활성의 평가를 시도하였다. 그 결과 PDGFRα양성 골수 중간엽 줄기세포(MSC-1)에 대해 이동 활성을 나타내는 복수의 펩티드의 동정에 성공했다. 나아가 동정한 펩티드가 PDGFRα양성 세포인 피부 섬유아세포에 대해서도 이동 활성을 갖는 것 등을 확인하였다.
