<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new lactic acid bacterium which does not ferment sucrose, hardly produces lactic acid, inhibits growth of the bacterium Streptococcus mutans which is a causative bacterium of dental caries and biofilm formation by the bacterium, has inhibitory actions on growth of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Fusobacterium nucleatum etc., causing periodontal diseases or halitosis, and simultaneously inhibits three great troubles of the dental caries, periodontal diseases, and halitosis in the oral cavity. <；P>；SOLUTION: There is provided Lactococcus lactis subspecies lactis FERM P-21436 strain, Lactobacillus rhamnosus FERM P-21437 strain, Lactobacillus rhamnosus FERM P-21438 strain, or Lactobacillus curvatus NITE P-568 strain. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
