A heat dissipation module with transparent pipe is provided. The module includes a hollow transparent heat dissipation base, two sets of conductive lines and a LED. A liquid can flow through the interior of the hollow transparent heat dissipation base. Two sets of conductive lines are formed on an outer surface of the hollow transparent heat dissipation base. The LED has two electrodes electrically connected to the two sets of electric lines.
