The present invention relates to a chimeric antibody and a medicinal composition comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to: the chimeric antibody which comprises a heavy chain variable region of sequence number 4 and a heavy chain invariant region of sequence number 5, thereby an antibody can specifically recognize/bind to various cancer cell surfaces, recognizes a cancer cell surface HNRPUL1 protein, and can internalize HNRPUL1 protein into the cell, and can minimize immune response induction； and the medicinal composition comprising the same.본 발명은 키메라 항체, 이를 포함하는 의약 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 4의 중쇄 가변 영역 및 서열번호 5의 중쇄 불변 영역을 포함함으로써, 항체는 다양한 암세포 표면에 특이적으로 인식/결합하며, 암세포 표면 HNRPUL1 단백질을 인식하며 HNRPUL1 단백질을 세포내부로 끌고 들어가는 내부화 할 수 있으며, 면역 반응 유발이 최소화된 키메라 항체 및 이를 포함하는 의약 조성물에 관한 것이다.
