The present invention provides an easy and rapid method for detecting/identifying the presence or absence of specific Plasmodium parasites and four species of malaria parasites in a human specimen, an anti-malaria measure support system, and a malaria infection-prevention/treatment system, which can contribute to practical diagnosis in a malaria endemic area. According to the present invention, using a genus-specific primer set that can detect four Plasmodium parasites that infect humans at a time, and the primer sets each specific to each of four species of Plasmodium parasites (P. falciparum, P. vivax, P.malariae, and P. ovale), the presence or absence of infection with these parasites can be detected/identified easily and rapidly.本發明提供一種用於檢測/鑑別人類檢體中是否存在有特定瘧原蟲屬(Plasmodium)瘧原蟲及四種瘧疾寄生蟲之容易且快速之方法、一種抗瘧疾措施支援系統及一種瘧疾感染預防/治療系統，可有助於瘧疾流行地區之實際診斷。根據本發明，使用一次可檢測感染人體之四種瘧原蟲屬瘧原蟲之屬-特異性引子集合其對四種瘧原蟲屬瘧原蟲(惡性瘧原蟲(P.falciparum)、間日瘧原蟲(P.vivax)、三日瘧原蟲(P.malariae)、及卵形瘧原蟲(P.ovale))各自具有特異性之引子集合，可容易地且快速地檢測/鑑別是否存在有此等瘧原蟲感染。
