This invention relates to an implant for being implanted between the vertebras of human body during bone fusion surgery and an implanting device thereof. The implant has an inward extending opening at the front section, making the front section flexible between the upper and lower ends for being easily implanted into the intervertebral space. The implant has a fixing mechanism therein, capable of performing expansion and adjustment of the angle between the implant and the vertebra after implantation, and fixing the angle after achieving optimum angle to avoid loosening. The implanting device has multiple functions, one of which can hold the implant to perform implanting action. The implanting device can also be used for performing operation on the fixing mechanism implanted in the body after the implantation to perform expansion and adjustment of the implant angle, and further performing bone graft infusion after the angle is fixed.
