PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix an artificial tooth on a denture base in a manner not to be removed.SOLUTION: For this plate denture, the route section of the artificial tooth 2 is buried in the denture base 4 which is molded of a plastic. For the artificial tooth 2, a through hole 3 into which the plastic of the denture base 4 is made to flow is installed at the route section, and both end opening sections of the through hole 3 are buried in the denture base 4. In addition, for the artificial tooth 2, both ends of the through hole 3 are opened in the confronted surface with an adjacent tooth, and an air vent hole 5 is installed while being connected with the through hole 3. One end of the air vent hole 5 is connected with the through hole 3 and the other end thereof is made to open at a section which is located between the base module 2a and the cut edge 2b on the tongue side surface of the artificial tooth 2, and is exposed from the denture base 4. For the plate denture, the plastic which molds the denture base 4 is injected into the through hole 3 and the air vent hole 5, and the route section of the artificial tooth 2 is buried in and fixed to the denture base 4.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】義歯床に人工歯をしっかりと抜けないように固定する。【解決手段】有床義歯は、プラスチックを成形している義歯床4に、人工歯2の付け根部を埋設している。人工歯2は、義歯床4のプラスチックが流入される貫通孔3を付け根部に設けて、貫通孔3の両端開口部を、義歯床4に埋設している。さらに、人工歯2は、貫通孔3の両端を隣の歯との対向面に開口して、この貫通孔3にエアーベント孔5を連結して設けている。エアーベント孔5は、一端を貫通孔3に連結して、他端を、人工歯2の舌側面であって基底結節2aと切縁2bとの間に位置し、かつ義歯床4から露出する部分に開口している。有床義歯は、貫通孔3とエアーベント孔5に、義歯床4を成形するプラスチックを注入して、人工歯2の付け根部を義歯床4に埋設して固定している。【選択図】図4
