PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein when penetration cooking is performed in a general home refrigerator, the penetration cooking at a conventionally high degree of vacuum is difficult in terms of strength, cost and usability and cannot make foodstuff tasty fully, and thus, provide a refrigerator which can easily perform penetration cooking even at home.SOLUTION: In the refrigerator including a refrigerator body having a storage compartment, a low-pressure chamber arranged within the storage compartment and a decompression means decompressing the low-pressure chamber, when liquid and food are put in the low-pressure chamber, inside of the low-pressure chamber is decompressed by the decompression means, to make the air pressure a decompression state of -30 kPA to less than atmospheric pressure. After a predetermined time passes, the pressure comes close to the atmospheric pressure, and the decompression and release of the atmospheric pressure are repeated predetermined times, to make the liquid penetrate through the food.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】一般家庭の冷蔵庫で浸透調理を行う際に、従来の高い真空度で浸透調理を行うと強度,コスト,使い勝手の面で困難であり、食材からの旨みも十分に引き出せない問題があった。そこで、家庭でも気軽に浸透調理を行うことが可能となる冷蔵庫を提供する。【解決手段】貯蔵室を備えた冷蔵庫本体と、前記貯蔵室内に配置された低圧室と、前記低圧室を減圧する減圧手段を備えた冷蔵庫において、前記低圧室に液体及び食品を入れた場合、前記減圧手段により前記低圧室内を減圧し、気圧を-30kPaから大気圧未満の減圧状態として、所定の時間が経過すると圧力が大気圧に近づき、減圧と大気圧解除を複数回繰り返して前記食品に液体を浸透させることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図2
