PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary appliance for a person with sexual failure which solves such a problem that the auxiliary appliance for a person with sexual failure easily falls off from a users penis not by considering the prevention of the falling at points or lines but by preventing the entire falling by employing a very thin, long tube, and accelerates an erection and prolongs the duration of an erected state by giving appropriate stimuli to glans.SOLUTION: The auxiliary appliance for a person with sexual failure is equipped with a press tube located in the middle for tightening a shaft part of the penis in the vicinity of the glans part, a hold tube which is connected to the side of the shaft part of the press tube and is formed to have a slightly greater diameter than the press tube, and a return tube which is connected to the side of glans of the press tube and is formed to have a slightly greater diameter than the press tube, and the respective parts are made of materials with stretching properties.
