PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with three-dimensional gather having superior properties to the body, preventing easy falling, deviation and twisting of the three-dimensional gather and having a high lateral leakage prevention property in the absorbent article with the three-dimensional gather.
SOLUTION: The three-dimensional gather 10 includes: a basic wall part 11 positioned in the skin contact face side of a body 5 and erecting along the longitudinal direction of the body 5 an elastic expansion/contraction part 12 linked with the upper end portion 11a of the basic wall part 11 and coming into contact with the skin of a wearer when being worn and an elastic expansion/contraction part fixing part 15 where the elastic expansion/contraction part is joined with the body 5. A belt-like member 20 extending in the longitudinal direction of the three-dimensional gather 10 is joined with the respective longitudinal one end side and other end side of the elastic expansion/contraction part of the three-dimensional gather 10. The belt-like member 20 has a free end portion 20a non-joined with the other member and the free end portion 20a has a fixing means 25 for fixing the belt-like member 20 to an underwear or the skin of the wearer.
