The invention relates to medicine and medical technology, and more particularly to devices for analyzing electrocardiac signals and providing instant diagnosis of visceral disease in humans. A remote system for analyzing electrocardiac signals, which comprises sensors connected to a data processing and information display system including a personal computer and a data warehouse, is additionally provided with a diagnostic data processing server and a high-resolution electrocardiac unit that includes, connected in series: a delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter having built-in programmable gain amplifiers, an internal standard reference potential, and a built-in generator; a microcontroller; and a radio interface; and also a battery bank; and a bank of reference potential sources. The battery bank is connected via the bank of reference potential sources to corresponding inputs of the analog-to-digital converter, of the microcontroller and of the radio interface, the latter being adapted for wireless connection via the personal computer to the diagnostic data processing server, which is connected to the data warehouse.
