PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably form a leucocyte layer in a desired position after centrifugal separation.SOLUTION: A blood storage tank 20 for storing blood includes a first storage part 21, a second storage part 22, and a third storage part 23 provided between the first storage part and the second storage part which is communicated with the first storage part and the second storage part. A volume adjusting member capable of adjusting the volume of the blood storage tank is arranged in the blood storage tank. The volume adjusting member includes a bag body 80 having flexibility. The bag body can store fluid, in isolation from the blood stored in the blood storage tank.
