A discharge device and a method for evaporating a liquid to the atmosphere are proposed. The liquid pressurized by gas is supplied to an evaporator (7) via a flow restriction device (5) which restricts the flow rate of the liquid such that continuous release and evaporation surface which is designed preferably by micro structuring such that the surface area is increased and/or the liquid forms an essentially uniform film on the evaporation surface.Linvention concerne un dispositif de décharge et un procédé dévaporation dun liquide dans latmosphère. Le liquide mis sous pression au moyen de gaz est alimenté dans un évaporateur (7) par lintermédiaire dun dispositif de restriction de débit (5) limitant la vitesse de débit du liquide, de manière quune libération continue soit possible et une surface dévaporation est conçue, de préférence, par micro-structuration, de manière à accroître la surface active et/ou que le liquide forme un film sensiblement uniforme sur la surface dévaporation.
