PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display apparatus and a medical image providing system, improved in display speed of a medical image.SOLUTION: A medical image display apparatus includes a calculation unit, a determination unit, and a storage part control unit. The calculation unit calculates an amount of memory used for a medical image data group requested to be browsed. The determination unit determines continued regions corresponding data of a plurality of pieces of medical images in the medical image data groups in response to the amount of memory and the use status of a physical memory region. The storage part control unit stores the data of the plurality of pieces of medical images in the determined continuous regions.
