Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein kosmetisches Mittel zur Färbung von keratinischen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, enthaltend mindestens ein spezielles nichtionisches lineares Siliconpolymer und mindestens ein Oxidationsfarbstoffvorprodukt und/oder einen direktziehenden Farbstoff, wobei der Einsatz des mindestens einen nichtionischen linearen Siliconpolymers zu einer verbesserten Buntheit und/oder Farbtiefe von Farbnuancen führt. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine entsprechende Verpackungseinheit (Kit-of-parts) sowie ein Verfahren zur Färbung keratinischer Fasern.
