The present invention relates to a length-adjustable catheter assembly comprising: a catheter tube having a flow path with a penetrated inner part formed in a longitudinal direction thereof and a cut part longitudinally cut at an end thereof； a length adjustment tube having one end part inserted into the catheter tube through the cut part to communicate with the catheter tube； and a catheter hub including a catheter tube support unit in which the end of the catheter tube is supported and a length adjustment tube support unit which is branched from the catheter tube support unit to support the length adjustment tube so as to gradually separate the catheter tube from the length adjustment tube. When the catheter hub moves in the longitudinal direction of the catheter tube, an end part of the length adjustment tube moves along a cut line such that the length of the catheter tube is adjusted. Accordingly, the length of the catheter tube can be adjusted by using the catheter hub in a peel away type in accordance with a patient′s condition. Moreover, provided are effects of solving a problem that the catheter is wasted due to reoperation caused by the length of the catheter and allowing both the patient and a doctor to smoothly perform operation.본 발명은, 길이조절이 가능한 카테타 어셈블리에 있어서, 길이방향을 따라 내부가 관통된 유로를 형성하며, 말단에 길이방향을 따라 절취된 절취부를 포함하는 카테타튜브와； 일단부가 상기 절취부를 통해 상기 카테타튜브의 내부에 삽입되어 상기 카테타튜브와 연통되는 길이조절튜브와； 상기 카테타튜브의 말단이 내부에 지지되는 카테타튜브지지부와, 상기 카테타튜브지지부로부터 분기되어 상기 카테타튜브와 상기 길이조절튜브가 점진적으로 이격되도록 상기 길이조절튜브를 지지하는 길이조절튜브지지부를 갖는 카테타허브를 포함하며, 상기 카테타허브를 상기 카테타튜브의 길이방향을 따라 이동시켜 상기 길이조절튜브의 단부가 상기 절취선을 따라 이동되어 상기 카테타튜브의 길이가 조절되는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 카테타허브를 이용하여 환자의 조건에 맞춰 peel away 방식으로 카테타튜브의 길이조절이 가능하며, 카테타의 길이 문제로 인해 카테타를 재시술하여 낭비가 되는 문제점 및 환자와 시술자 모두 시술을 원할하게 수행할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
