This weight detector connects with the fluid container for detecting its weight and sending out a weight signal. The monitoring portion can receive the weight signal and obtain the flow rate by calculating the weight change within a period of time. Also, the monitoring portion is able to show out information for the medical personnel and able to send out controlling command(s) to the flow rate regulator. By tilting a cam, the fluid flexible tube can be pressed or released. So, the flow rate can be adjusted. Thus, this invention is easy to apply on flow in or flow out condition. Such distant monitoring design is useful for the medical personnel. The flow rate can be controlled by distant medical personnel.
