The present invention relates to compounds of aminosilane type corresponding to the following formula (I), the salts being included: in which: - R1, R2, R3 denote a linear or branched C1-C8 alkyl radical, - n is 1 or 2 X denotes a divalent amine radical chosen from -NR- and -N + RaRa'- with R denoting a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl radical； and Ra and Ra ', which may be identical or different, denoting a linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl radical； m is an integer ranging from 1 to 18, and Y denotes an ammonium radical -N + RbR'bR''b with Rb, R'b and R''b, which may be identical or different, denoting an alkyl radical in C1- C4, linear or branched； or a radical -N + RcR'c, with Rc and R'c forming together with the nitrogen atom carrying them, a (hetero) ring comprising from 5 to 7 members, or a (hetero) biscycle comprising 10- 12 links.
