PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation reflector capable of improving the reflectance of radiation such as neutrons, and provide a neutron irradiation device using such a radiation reflector as a neutron reflector.SOLUTION: A plurality of radiation reflectors are stacked. One surface of each radiation reflector is flat, and the reverse surface is an uneven surface including a plurality of tapered projections and recesses corresponding to the projections. Thus, the reflectance of the radiation can be improved.
