A catheter of this invention includes a tube member 4, a leaf spring 30 provided inside the tuber member 4 such that at least a part of ends 30e, 30f of the sides there of along the axis direction of the tube member 4 are embedded in the tube member 4, and a plurality of tubes 41~46 provided in each of a first area 20A in one main surface 30a side of the leaf spring 30 and a second area 20B in the other main surface 30b side of the leaf spring 30, for respectively forming a plurality of passages 31~36 containing operational wire insertion passages 31, 32.
