PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recognition degree-grasping system having a simple and inexpensive configuration which allows to grasp the recognition degree of a subject with respect to things by using pictures for coloring.SOLUTION: The recognition degree-grasping system comprises a picture sheet for coloring having a pattern made of a plurality of coloring regions that are colored by a subject and a recognition degree check sheet S3. In the recognition degree check sheet, sixteen check item spaces 13, 13, 13 and so on for checking the recognition degree toward things are arranged in the line direction and twelve examination date entry spaces 14, 14, 14 and so on are arranged in the column direction to form a plurality of evaluation columns 20, 20, 20 and so on arranged in a grid manner. The check items are set on the basis of the colored patterns and colored condition of the picture sheet for coloring and three-step evaluation grade E (1, 2, 3) for each check item are displayed in each evaluation column 20. The recognition degree check sheet further has total evaluation grade entry columns 16.
