A soft gelatin capsule containing a soft gelatin shell encapsulating a pharmaceutical composition, said composition containing cis-5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentaenoic acid (C20: 5 n-3； "EPA") in the amount of free acid in an amount from 25% of the mass. up to 99% of the mass. from the composition and cis-7,10,13,16,19-docosapentaenoic acid (C22: 5 n-3； "DPA") in the form of free acid in an amount of from 1% of the mass. up to 7 5% of the mass. from a composition where said shell contains a gelatin component consisting of type A porcine gelatin and at least one other gelatin, said type A porcine gelatin is present in an amount of not more than about 7.5% by weight. from the specified gelatin component. 2. The soft gelatin capsule according to claim 1, wherein said type A pork gelatin is present in an amount of not more than about 50% by weight. from the specified gelatin component. 3. The soft gelatin capsule of claim 1 or 2, wherein said type A pork gelatin is present in an amount of not less than about 10% by weight. from the specified gelatin component. 4. The soft gelatin capsule according to claim 1, wherein said type A pork gelatin is present in an amount of not less than about 25% by weight. from the specified gelatin component. 5. The soft gelatin capsule of claim 1, wherein said at least one other gelatin is type B.6 gelatin. The soft gelatin capsule of claim 5, wherein said gelatin component is a binary mixture of said type B gelatin and said type A pork gelatin. A soft gelatin capsule according to claim 5 or claim 6, wherein said type B gelatin is type B.8 bovine gelatin. A soft gelatin capsule according to claim 1, wherein said free acid DPA is present in said composition in an amount of at least 2% by weight.1.
