PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical needle hook instrument that enables the grip of an object to be easily performed only by operation of one hand of an operator.SOLUTION: A medical needle hook instrument has: a pencil-shaped grip 10 gripped by an operator a hollow capillary 11 mounted in the tip of the grip 10 a guide groove 14 formed in the grip 10 in the same direction as an axis line C direction of the hollow capillary 11, and opened in the side face of the grip 10 a wire mounting member 16 slidably inserted in the hollow capillary 11, and mounting both ends of looped wire 12 to one end side in order to form a wire ring 13 and having the other end side extended to the inside of the guide groove 14 and a slider 15 being slidable in the same direction as the axis line C of the hollow capillary 11 while being guided by the guide groove 14, and connected with the other end of the wire mounting member 16 and making the wire mounting member 16 slide in the inside of the hollow capillary 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 対象物の把持を、操作者の片手の操作のみで簡単に行うことができるようにした医療用ニードルフック器具の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】 操作者が把持するペンシル状のグリップ10と、このグリップ10の先端に取り付けられた中空細管11と、中空細管11の軸線C方向と同方向にグリップ10に形成され、グリップ10の側面に開口するガイド溝14と、中空細管11の中に摺動自在に挿通され、ワイヤ環13を形成するためにループ状にしたワイヤ12の両端を一端側に取り付けるとともに、他端側がガイド溝14の内部まで延出するワイヤ取付部材16と、ガイド溝14に案内されながら中空細管11の軸線Cと同方向に摺動自在であるとともに、ワイヤ取付部材16の他端が連結されてワイヤ取付部材16を中空細管11の内部で摺動させるスライダ15とを有する。【選択図】 図1
