The present invention relates to a pulsating high-pressure water injector using the pressure of tap water and, more specifically, to a high water pressure utilizing apparatus injecting pulsation-form and high-pressure water by using the pressure of supplied tap water and including an oral cavity cleaner, an electric toothbrush, and a massage device using the injected high-pressure water. The high-pressure water injector using tap water according to the present invention includes: a housing provided with a nozzle mount to which the tap water is supplied； a first inflow pipe formed in the housing and connected to the nozzle mount； a vane motor provided with a vane rotated by the water flowing in from the first inflow pipe； a crank rotary shaft connected to a rotary shaft of the vane motor and rotated by rotation of the rotary shaft of the vane motor； and a crank, one side of the crank being connected to the crank rotary shaft and the other side of the crank being connected to a piston mounted in a cylinder.
