PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system that allows a circuit scale of an X-ray high voltage unit to be reduced.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus has an X-ray irradiation section for radiating an X-ray on the basis of a signal from an X-ray high voltage unit. The X-ray high voltage unit includes: power adjustment means that generates a DC high voltage on the basis of an X-ray irradiation instruction signal, processes a voltage of a commercial power source or a battery power source and generates an AC voltage high voltage generation means that performs boosting and rectification with respect to the AC voltage and generates the DC high voltage timing pulse generation means that generates an irradiation timing pulse for determining irradiation timing of the X-ray with respect to an inspection object on the basis of the X-ray irradiation instruction signal and switching means for supplying the AC voltage to the high voltage generation means corresponding to the X-ray diagnostic apparatus supplying the X-ray irradiation instruction signal or an inspection room where the X-ray diagnostic apparatus is installed.
