PURPOSE: A plant with improved yield-related traits and a method for producing the same are provided to produce a plant with improved yield-related property.CONSTITUTION: A method for improving plant yield-related traits comprises a step of regulating the expression of a nucleic acid encoding AP2-26-like polypeptide. The AP2-26-like polypeptide contains a Pfam PF00847 domain. The expression is regulated by introduction and expression of the nucleic acid into a plant. The improved yield-related traits includes yield and/or initial activity. The improved yield-related traits are obtained under a non-stress condition. The nucleic acid is operatively linked to Oryza sativa-derived RCc3 promoter.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013LEJ1 (Loss of timing of ET and JA biosynthesis 1) 폴리펩티드, ExbB 폴리펩티드, NMPRT (nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase) 폴리펩티드, AP2-26-유사 폴리펩티드 또는 HD8-유사 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 핵산의 식물에서의 발현을 조절함으로써 식물에 있어 다양한 경제적으로 중요한 수확량 관련 형질을 향상시키는 방법이 제공된다. 또한 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 식물체가 제공되며, 상기 식물체는 해당 야생형 식물 또는 다른 대조구 식물에 비하여 향상된 수확량 관련 형질을 갖는다.
