A method for treating or preventing the caries in the children living in the xenobiotic-contaminated areas comprises the measures for prophylaxis and the use of medicinal products, sealing of the fissures, deep fluorination of the enamel, endogenous pharmacotherapy starting from the first day. Within two weeks, the sorbent hydrogel of methyl silicic acid is provided at a dose of thrice a day in 1.5-2 hours prior to meals. The sorbent should be kept in the oral cavity for a time. The maintenance therapy is also provided for 30 days using multivitamin complex in a form of a gel containing (per ) retinol palmitate &ndash 2.75 mg, thiamine hydrochloride &ndash 0.33 mg, riboflavin &ndash 0.33 mg, nicotine amide &ndash 5 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride &ndash 1.5 mg, cyancobalamine &ndash 1 µg, ascorbic acid &ndash 100 mg, calcium pantothenate &ndash 1 mg, cholecalcipherol &ndash 600 IU, alpha-tocopherol acetate &ndash 1.65 mg, manganese (II) hydrocitrate soluble &ndash 6 mg, sodium molybdate &ndash 0.25 mg, calcium phosphinate &ndash 2.5 mg, lecithin &ndash 200 mg. The combined calcium and vitamin Dcomposition is also provided (1250 mg of calcium carbonate and 200 mg of cholecalcipherol).Спосіб профілактики або лікування карієсу зубів у дітей, які проживають на територіях, забруднених ксенобіотиками, включає проведення лікувально-профілактичних заходів та застосування лікарських препаратів, герметизацію фісур за допомогою герметиків як екзогенну терапію, глибоке фторування емалі, ендогенну фармакотерапію з 1-го дня, прийом протягом перших двох тижнів сорбенту - гідрогелю метилкремнієвої кислоти по внутрішньо тричі на добу за 1,5-2 години до прийому їжі, затримуючи його в порожнині рота, підтримуючу терапію протягом 30 днів, шляхом призначення полівітамінного комплексу у формі гелю по 2 рази в день, що містить: ретинол пальмітат 2,75 мг, тіамін гідрохлорид 0,33 мг, рибофлавін 0,33 мг, нікотинамід 5 мг, піридоксин гідрохлорид 1,5 мг, ціанокобаламін 1 мкг, кислоту аскорбінов
