PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial resin film excellent in antibacterial properties and long-term persistence of antibacterial performance and to provide a laundry bag.SOLUTION: The antibacterial resin film comprises a single layer or two or more layers and is characterized in that at least one layer contains a polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer having an amino group in the side chain thereof. The polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer contains 0.1-30 mol% of structural units each having an amino group on the basis of 100 mol% of the total structural units of the polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer.
