PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid endoscope which is equipped with a fluid pipeline and which can improve operability.SOLUTION: The base end of a handy operation part 20 of the rigid endoscope is provided with a ferrule 50, and a leading end of the fluid pipeline 48 is connected to the ferrule 50. A cleaning fluid supply device comprising a water tank and a CO2 cylinder is connected to the base end of the fluid pipeline 48. An illumination window 66 and observation windows 68 and 68 are cleaned by a cleaning fluid. Additionally, the axial direction of the ferrule 50 and that of a rigid portion of an insertion portion 22 are set parallel to each other, preferably, identical direction to each other, so as to improve the operability. The fluid pipeline is connected to the CO2 cylinder via a switching valve, and the illumination window 66 and the observation windows 68 and 68 are dried by CO2 gas. Furthermore, a base end tube portion 44 gripped by an operator and a flange portion 46 are provided on the base end side of the handy operation part 20 so as to prevent the operator from accidentally crushing the fluid pipeline 48, which is connected to the ferrule 50, in his/her fist.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】流体管路を備えた硬性内視鏡において、操作性を改善することができる硬性内視鏡を提供する。【解決手段】硬性内視鏡の手元操作部20の基端部に口金50を設け、口金50に流体管路48の先端部を接続する。また、流体管路48の基端部に送水タンク、及びCO2ボンベからなる洗浄水供給装置を接続し、照明窓66及び観察窓68、68を洗浄水によって洗浄する。更に、口金50の軸方向と挿入部22の硬性部の軸方向とを平行に、好ましくは同一方向に設定し操作性を向上する。切替バルブを介してCO2ボンベに接続し、照明窓66、及び観察窓68、68をCO2ガスによって乾燥する。また、手元操作部20の基端側に、施術者が把持する基端筒部44とフランジ部46とを備えて、口金50に接続される流体管路48が施術者に誤って握り潰されるのを防止する。【選択図】図2
