Имплантируют треххчастную линзу Acrysof. Под переднюю капсулу в мешок заводят только один опорный элемент и часть оптики, оставляя второй опорный элемент вне мешка за радужкой. Затем с помощью крючка приподнимают переднюю капсулу в зоне растянутых волокон связки, при этом ширину передней капсулы в этой зоне во время формирования капсулорексиса выдерживают равной 1 мм, и в созданный капсульный карман погружают оставшуюся часть оптики.
