PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body position fixing shell that eliminates reduction in fixing accuracy of a head part or a head and neck part due to a movement of a shoulder part.SOLUTION: A body position fixing shell 3 is pressed, in a softened state by being applied with heat, against a head and neck part Pa of a patient P mounted on a base plate 2 to obtain a cast, and is attached to the base plate 2 so as to fix and prevent the head and neck part Pa from moving.
