PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone material for releasing an active molecule.SOLUTION: This silicone material, preferably adhesive, is formed of a silicone substance, preferably adhesive, which releases an active molecule for cosmetic uses or a personal care, or a medicinally or biologically active molecule for pharmaceutical uses, to which are incorporated this active molecule and a compatibility agent, and is characterized in that this active molecule is soluble, and this compatibility agent is selected from isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isononyl isononanoate, isopropyl glycol dioctanoate, branched paraffin, organofunctional silicones, or a silicone oil comprising a cyclic chain of 4, 5, 6 or 7D-siloxyl units.
