PURPOSE: A composition containing ascorbic acid and tranexamic acid is provided to reduce drug efficiency and to enhance content stability and formulation stability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for skin whitening contains ascorbic acid granules and tranexamic acid granules. A method for manufacturing a drug for oral administration for skin whitening comprises: a step of mixing granulation compounds and ascorbic acid to prepare ascorbic granules； a step of mixing the ascorbic acid granules and tranexamic acid granules with a disintegrant or lubricant； and a step of tabletizing the mixture.본 발명은 아스코르빈산 및 트라넥사민산을 함유하면서, 상호 간의 반응에 의하여 안정성이 저하되는 것을 개선한 피부 미백용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 아스코르빈산과 트라넥사민산을 함유하는 안정화된 조성물은 상기 유효성분 사이에 발생하는 상호 반응에 의한 함량 저하 및 약효 저하의 문제를 해결하여 의약품의 성상 안정성, 함량 안정성의 증진을 기할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 불순물로 인한 부작용도 경감할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
