PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture instrument that includes a needle excellent in processing accuracy and productivity and excellent in puncture properties and strength.SOLUTION: A puncture instrument includes a needle-like object member that is formed by etching a rolled metal thin plate. The needle-like object member has a flat plate-like base, and a needle that is formed by integrally protruding from the base. A tip part of the needle has two first ridge lines continuing or discontinuing from an apex farthest away from the base. A plane defined by the apex and the two ridge lines is formed in parallel with a main plane of the flat plate-like base.
