The present invention relates to a chamber apparatus for toxicity evaluation, and more particularly, to a chamber apparatus for toxicity evaluation, which allows test materials to be accurately tested by distinguishing toxicity evaluation of animal eyeball or respiratory organs, wherein the chamber apparatus for toxicity evaluation has a chamber part in which a barrier film is interposed between a first chamber to which the test materials are supplied, and a second chamber to which clean air is supplied to be sealed independently, and only one of the eyeball or respiratory organs of an animal cage is exposed to the first chamber so that the eyeball and respiratory organs are not affected by the test material, and the toxicity to the test material can be independently and accurately evaluated.본 발명은 독성 평가 챔버 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 테스트 물질이 실험 동물의 안구 또는 호흡기에 가해지는 독성 평가를 서로 구분하여 정확하게 테스트할 수 있는 독성 평가 챔버 장치로 테스트 물질이 공급되는 제1 챔버와 크린 공기가 공급되는 제2 챔버가 차단막을 사이에 놓고 서로 독립적으로 밀폐되도록 챔버부를 형성하며 동물 케이지의 안구 또는 호흡기 중 1개의 부분만이 제1 챔버로 노출되도록 하여 안구와 호흡기가 테스트 물질로 인해 서로 영향을 받지 않으며 독립적으로 테스트 물질에 대한 독성을 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 독성 평가 챔버 장치에 관한 것이다.
