According to the present invention, disclosed is an insertion-type sanitary cup modified to have improved air tightness, wearability, and usage convenience. The insertion-type sanitary cup according to the present invention is worn to be inserted in the vagina of a female user and to accommodate menstruation blood. The insertion-type sanitary cup comprises: a bell-shaped container body having an opening part in the lower side thereof a handle member disposed in a cantilever state to be accommodated and disposed on the inner central axis of the container body and a ring-shaped rib closely placed and supported on the inner wall of the vagina of a female user. While the container body is inserted in the vagina of a female user, the handle member is pulled in the opposite direction of the insertion, so the inside and the outside of the container body are turned inside out by flexible and elastic deformation and the insertion-type sanitary cup is formed in a cup-shaped structure having the opening part in the upper side thereof.
