PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cleaning apparatus that can remove a minute amount of organic matter such as bacteria contained in a highly pure liquid and is easily installable.SOLUTION: A flow-path block 21 constituting the liquid cleaning apparatus 12 is formed transparent. A photocatalyst layer 36 is disposed on the inner face of a liquid flow-path 32 formed in the flow-path block 21. A base plate 42 whereon a LED 41 is attached is disposed on a tubular member 37 of the flow-path block 21. A light radiating member 22 is integrally attached to the flow-path block 21.
