PURPOSE: A non-motorized portable massage and acupressure device is provided to effectively provide a massage and acupressure on as many areas of a human body as possible with a massage unit and an acupressure unit for each area of a human body. CONSTITUTION: A non-motorized portable massage and acupressure device includes a massage head unit(100) and a support rod unit(200). The massage head unit comprises a flat board massage part(110) composed of a rubber member； a body contour massage part formed with curvatures according to specific areas of a human body； at least one massage acupressure rod(130) connected to an elastic spring(140)； and an acupressure protrusion(150) installed on one end which is not connected with the support rod unit.
