The present invention relates to a novel device for the treatment of oral disorder by the means of physiotherapy. The present invention particularly relates to a novel physiotherapy technique and a device for the treatment of Oral Submucous Fibrosis (hereinafter referred as OSMF). More particularly the device disclosed in the instant invention is significantly useful for the treatment of OSMF by providing direct therapy on the affected tissue. The treatment offered by the aforementioned device is cheap, effective and aids in treatment of the OSMF condition by rendering physiotherapy directly to diseased tissue and thereby imparts relief on the long term basis.
