A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration for the prevention or treatment of allergic rhinitis or asthma, which comprises: (a) a first fraction of particles comprising levocetirizine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and an organic acid； and (b) a second fraction of particles comprising montelukast or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration according to claim 1, which comprises said organic acid in an amount of from 40 to 1000 parts by weight, based on 100 parts of levocetirizine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration according to claim 2, which comprises said organic acid in an amount of from 50 to 500 parts by weight based on 100 parts of levocetirizine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The pharmaceutical composition for oral administration according to claim 1, wherein said organic acid is selected from the group consisting of citric acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, oxalic acid, malic acid, acetic acid, sorbic acid, ascorbic acid, alginic acid, fumaric acid, lactic acid, and mixtures thereof. 5. The pharmaceutical composition for oral administration according to claim 1, wherein said first or second fraction of the particles are in the form of mini-tablets. A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration according to claim 1, which is a capsule composition.
