MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEALTH FOOD COMPRISING EXTRACTS FROM PEAR, MISTLETOE, HOVENIA DULCIS, SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZA, MULBERRY TREE, PAEONIA LACTIFLORA AND SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS GEORGI AND HEALTH FOOD MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a health promotional food and a health promotional food manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of a health promotional food comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture by mixing pears, mistletoe, Hovenia dulcis, Salviae miltiorrhiza, pieces of a mulberry tree, Paeonia lactiflora, and Scutellaria georgi (step 1); putting the mixture and water in a double boiler (step 2); heating the mixture at 30°C with the double boiler in the beginning and keep heating the mixture until the temperature reaches 100-110°C and the air pressure reaches 2 atmospheric pressure (step 3); obtaining an extract of the mixture by putting and concentrating the heated mixture in an extracting device (step 4); and sterilizing the mixture by heating the mixture for 5-10 minutes at 100-110°C (step 5).
