The grapple (12) comprises a base portion (24) connectable to a working machine portion (16) and at least one tine (28) connected to the base portion (24). The at least one tine (28) has a protruding length (PL) from the base portion (24). The grapple (12) further comprises a catch arm (32) pivotably arranged relative to the base portion (24). According to the present disclosure, the grapple (12) can assume configurations with different protruding lengths (PL1, PL2) of the at least one tine (28).
