PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of a thermal environment in which evapotranspiration latent heat amount is calculated from a model predicting evapotranspiration amount based on morphological and physiologic characteristics of a tree and weather condition, thermal balance of the tree is calculated in consideration of the result of the thermal balance simulation of a city block, and prediction and evaluation of temperature distribution of the city block is enabled in consideration of the temperature rise suppressing effect of the tree, and a device and a program for the same.SOLUTION: In a simulation method of thermal environment, photosynthesis effective radiant amount and absorption radiant amount of a tree is obtained by a computer on the basis of inputted information such as weather information, tree information, and positional information, photosynthesis effective photon flux density is calculated based on the photosynthesis effective radiant amount, evapotranspiration amount per unit area is calculated based on leaf temperature and the photosynthesis effective photon flux density, latent heat transport amount is calculated based on the tree information and the evapotranspiration amount, and sensible heat transport amount and leaf temperature is calculated based on latent heat transport amount and the absorption radiant amount so that temperature distribution around the tree arranged in the city block is predicted from a model predicting the evapotranspiration amount based on morphological and physiologic characteristics of the tree and weather condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】樹木の形態的、生理的特性及び気象条件の違いによる蒸散量を予測するモデルから蒸散潜熱量を算出し、街区の熱収支シミュレーションの結果を加味して樹木の熱収支演算をし、更には樹木の気温上昇抑制効果を加味した街区の気温分布の予測、評価を可能にする熱環境シミュレーション方法及び装置並びにプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】コンピュータにより、入力された気象情報、樹木情報、位置情報に基づいて、樹木の光合成有効放射量及び吸収放射量を求め、更に光合成有効放射量に基づいて、光合成有効光量子束密度を演算し、更に葉温、光合成有効光量子束密度に基づいて、単位面積当たりの蒸散量を演算し、樹木情報及び蒸散量から潜熱輸送量を演算し、潜熱輸送量及び吸収放射量から顕熱輸送量及び葉温を演算し、樹木の形態的
