PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent that shows excellent foaming during washing, and prevents or solves the occurrence of any entanglement, in a washing object such as hair and fiber, without troublesome actions, such as running the hand through the hair, both during and after washing.SOLUTION: This detergent is formed by containing or blending: (A) an anionic surfactant； (B) an amino polyether-modified silicone containing a polyoxyalkylene structure and satisfying formula (I) below； and (C) a cationic polymer. The mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of component (A) to component (B) falls within the range of 25 to 5000. The mass ratio [(B)/(C)] of component (B) to component (C) falls within the range of 0.001 to less than 1.
